Ingredients
- 1 Packet 200gm Soyfit Soya Paneer
- 50 gms Chana DAL
- 3 slices White Bread(No Crust)
- 12 Medium 20 gms Chopped Onion
- 1 tbs 5 gms Grated Ginger
- 1/2 tbs 2 gm Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tbs 10 gms Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1-2 nos 1-2 nos Chopped green chillies
- 1 3/4 tbs 20 ml Oil /Butter
- To taste To taste Salt

Instructions
- Boil Chana Dal for some time so that it is not sticky.
- Mix grated soyfit soya paneer ,chana dal, ginger,onion,bread. Coriander leaves and chilles ,pass through mixer.
- Add garam masala and salt and mix it well.
- Clean skewers and put mince on it cooked in tandoor.
- Served with onion ,mint and chutney.
