Ingredients
- 1/2 Packet 100gm Soyfit Soya Paneer
- 250 gms Rice
- 1 Medium 50 gms Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup 40 gms Carrot
- 2 1/2 tbs each 30 gms Peas, beans chopped
- 2 gms Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbs 10 gms Chopped Corriander
- 1/4 tbs 1 gms Cummin Seeds
- 4 tbs 50 ml Oil
- To taste To taste Salt

Instructions
- Soak rice.
- cut carrot and beans into small cubes.
- Cut soya paneer into small cubes.
- Heat oil cumin seeds. Add garam masala (whole) and chopped onion.
- Add vegetables .soyapaneer and salts.
- Cook for 3-4 min. On low flame. Add water (double the quantity of rice) nd let it come to boil.
- Add drained water and cook till done.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
