Instructions
  1. Boil Chana Dal for some time so that it is not sticky.
  2. Mix grated soyfit soya paneer ,chana dal, ginger,onion,bread. Coriander leaves and chilles ,pass through mixer.
  3. Add garam masala and salt and mix it well.
  4. Clean skewers and put mince on it cooked in tandoor.
  5. Served with onion ,mint and chutney.
