  1. Soak rice.
  2. cut carrot and beans into small cubes.
  3. Cut soya paneer into small cubes.
  4. Heat oil cumin seeds. Add garam masala (whole) and chopped onion.
  5. Add vegetables .soyapaneer and salts.
  6. Cook for 3-4 min. On low flame. Add water (double the quantity of rice) nd let it come to boil.
  7. Add drained water and cook till done.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
