  1. Cut off soyfit soya Paneer into cubes . Fry and put in hot water with salt.
  2. Prepare Makhani sauce by heating butter in a pan. Add ginger /garlic paste and cook.
  3. Add tomato puree and some water and boil on low heat .Add on salt and garam masala.
  4. Drain water from the soaked paneer and add makhani sauce.
  5. Add cream,stir and turn off flame.
  6. Furnish with roasted powdered kasoori methi.
