Ingredients
- 1 Packet 200gm Soyfit Soya Paneer
- 1 Medium 40 gms Tomato
- 12 Medium 25 gms Onion
- 1/2 Cup 40 gms Corriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup 40 gms Pudina Leaves
- 1/2 tbs 3 gms Haldi Powder
- 1-2 nos 1-2 nos Finely Chopped Green Chilles
- 1/4 tbs 1.5 gm Chilli Powder (Optional)
- 1 tbs 12 gm Curds or (1/2 Lemon)
- 2 tbs 25 gm Oil
- To taste To taste Salt

Instructions
- Heat oil in Pan .Add oninon and fry till soft.
- Add tomoato ,haldi,chilli powder, salt ,green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Stirr for 2-3 min on low flame.
- Add grated soyfit paneer. Mix well .Cover and heat on low flame for 5 min.
- Remove lid .Raise flame . Add pudina leaves and curds.Stirr for 2-3 min and served.
