  1. Crumble soyfit soya paneer . Put in mixie with dry grinding attachements. Add vinegar. Blend till smooth.
  2. Add sugar ,salt ,mustarad, and pepper . Blend to make mixture homogenous . Add some water if required.
  3. Add oil to mixture while blender is on. Variations can be made by substituting lime juice for vinegar or/and butter for oil or / and different seasonings like garlic for mustard. Oil quantity may be reduced if desired.
